Choose by Pratima Size, Not Appearance Alone

The added pair of Chavar creates a fuller ceremonial composition, so sufficient side clearance should be planned. The stated compatibility refers to the approximate Pratima height for which the model is designed, but actual fit also depends on base width, posture, depth and the profile of the Pratima. Measure the Pratima at its widest and deepest points, then compare those measurements with the usable seating area. Also measure the full space available for the Chatra, Mahamandal, Chavar and decorative borders. Do not rely only on the nominal inch size when planning installation.

Placement and Stability

Install the Singhasan on a clean, dry, level and stable temple surface. The platform must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the Singhasan, Pratima Ji and any approved accessories. Avoid surfaces that flex, tilt or receive frequent impact. Centre the Singhasan carefully, then check that the base sits fully on the platform before placing the Pratima. Keep enough space around the sides and back for cleaning, cloth placement and safe handling. Larger or high-base models should be moved by more than one person when necessary.

Finish and Decorative Character

The silver and golden finish is selected to give the Singhasan a bright ceremonial character that works with many traditional Jain temple interiors. The visual treatment is intended to complement a sacred space without overwhelming the central worship arrangement. Reflective surfaces may look different in warm temple lighting, daylight and mobile-phone photography. Minor visual variation in metal texture, joints, detailing and tone can occur. The exact model should be judged using the title, specifications and product images together.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Care for the product with the same attention given to other temple articles. First remove the Pratima Ji and any detachable temple articles according to your accepted handling practice. Dust the Singhasan with a soft, dry cloth or gentle brush. For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the area immediately. Avoid abrasive powders, steel wool, rough scrubbers, acidic liquids, bleach and unapproved metal polish, especially on silver-golden decorative finishes. Do not allow water, oil, perfume, incense residue or kumkum paste to remain on the surface. Lift the product from its supported base rather than from the Chatra, Chavar or ornamental frame.

What to Check Before Ordering

Confirm available width, depth and height in the final placement area before ordering. Record the usable platform width, depth and height, not merely the external size of the temple cabinet. Check door openings and the route through which the Singhasan will be carried. Confirm the Pratima dimensions and allow safe clearance above the Chatra and behind the Mahamandal. This listing includes the Singhasan and only the elements stated under package contents. Pratima Ji, lamps, cloth, pujan utensils, flowers and other décor shown in styled photographs are not included unless specifically listed.
